How we reached our destination
My wife (Jill) and I (Jim) both come from a long line of amazing cooks and preparing great food for family and friends has always been a source of enjoyment. My love of cooking began while watching my parents entertain family and friends in our home and later as a chef at Schuss Mountain Resort during summer vacations in college.
Eventually, I began my career in the health insurance and financial industries, but I never forgot my dream to one day own a restaurant. Now, after 35 years and with the way the world is changing, we have decided it is time to share our passion for great food and to fulfill that dream.
